Mobile Credit Card Processing Is the Wave of the Present

Mobile credit card processing is no gimmick. It’s not a passing phase, and it’s certainly no fad. It isn’t the wave of the future—it’s the wave of the present. And there are signs all over that the ability to process credit card payments from remote locations is a process that will not only increase in demand, but that will also come to be expected of merchants in the very near future.

Even China’s getting in on the act. Over on the other side of the world, China UnionPay is launching a pilot program that will allow its bank customers the ability to install smart cards on their mobile phones and turn them into portable, personalized bank tellers.

What does this have to do with the web services you provide your clients? A lot. Because even if you’ve got one web client that isn’t currently set up with the ability to take mobile credit card payments, that’s one too many clients who are falling behind in a global race that’s going to leave them in the dust.

So talk to your clients today about expanding their horizons by incorporating the iPhone credit card terminal application into the services they offer their customers. Doing so could mean the difference between lagging behind and leading the charge.
